Terms

Wholesale:  We offer our great line of toys wholesale to Rescue Groups, Retailers, and Internet Websites.  Products are available either in bulk or dropshipped.  All dropship inquirers must meet specific criteria before we will agree to a dropship relationship.

Shipping:   Shipping cost is 10% of the order total before any discounts that may apply with a minimum of $7.00 charged to each order.  Example:  Any order made under $70.00 will be charged $7.00 for shipping no matter the total.  All orders ship within 2 weeks of order date

Payment:  Prepay only unless otherwise authorized. 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check, MO, and Paypal

Returns: Returns are always accepted.  We are very happy to replace any toys that do not sell well for you.  Please return any toys that may have been on the shelf long enough to get dirty or faded.  We will replace these at no extra cost!  We will also replace any damaged or defective toys. 
We have a 100% absolute satisfaction guaranteed policy.

 

Special Orders: Toys can be made special according to your needs (such as all natural, no color toys). All special orders must first be approved.

 

Bird Toys: Wholesale bird toys are shipped in a variety of the item number you have picked. 
Example:  If you order 10 of FT20, you will receive 10 different and unique toys.  At times you may receive several of one style per Item number.  Example:  We make a toy we call Whirly Twirly and we also make a toy we call Crazy Color.  When you order 10-BT40 you may receive a couple of whirly twirly’s, a couple of crazy colors, and a mix of unique one of a kind toys as well.

We Sell our Timali Bird Toys this way for two reasons:

  1. By not being tied down to a specific “line” of toys, we are able to take advantage of low cost   materials when they become available, even in small quantities.  This allows us to make
  various toys without having to pay premium prices for specific materials.

  2. We have listened to many retailers AND their customers.  The number one comment we   have received about bird toys in general is that there is never enough variety. 
  Our ordering system provides you that variety automatically without the need to enter in new   sku’s or finding extra room on your peg board! 

  Your Benefit: Customers appreciate the huge selection and it will become almost ritual for   them to come in and see what new toys you have in stock this week!  Our method also frees   up your time from spending hours trying to look up a good selection of toys in a large catalog,   rearranging your peg board to accommodate all the different sku’s, and doing excessive
  product inventory!  Only 11 sku’s to track when you stock Timali Bird Toys!

 

Chinchilla Toys: All Rabbit toys can be labeled as chinchilla toys with their own unique tag and SKU.  To order toys labeled for chinchillas, place a “ch” behind the item description on your order sheet. 


NOTE:  All items that are listed “Chinchilla Only” (page 11) are also well suited for guinea pigs.  However they can only be labeled chinchilla.  Guinea Pigs also enjoy some toys available to rabbits and chinchillas but since guinea pigs are EXTREMELY picky and personalities differ so much,  we have found it best not to label any toy specifically for guinea pigs.
